Tenants Announced for Stevens Group's Huntlee Commercial Development

Tenants for stage one of Stevens Group’s Huntlee development have been locked in, with an estimated 200 local jobs set to be created with occupancy of McDonald’s, Subway, 7-Eleven and Dominos confirmed.
Construction is currently underway on the commercial development with stage one completion expected by January 2024.
Stevens Group development manager Josh Harrod notes talks are already underway regarding tenants for stage two of the development.
“We are already working on stage two but we haven’t locked in a tenant yet,” he said.
“We’re talking to a couple of major operators at the moment, which hopefully in the next month or so we’ll be able to lock something away.”
The$14 million development meets the hospitality and convenience demands of the growing Huntlee community.
