Successful Launch Event for The Loxford Residential Development

In a grand celebration of community and progress, The McCloy Group and Stevens Group hosted a spectacular Launch Event for The Loxford residential development on October 7th. The event, held at The Loxford estate, was a family affair that entertainment on offer for attendees.
The Loxford Launch Event featured live entertainment, a gathering of leading house builders, and an array of delightful offerings, including free coffee, delectable food trucks, and even a charming petting zoo.
With approximately 1500 enthusiastic attendees, the event marked the estate’s latest land release. A total of 18 lots were made available, and it didn’t take long for eager buyers to snap them up; all 18 lots were sold out by noon.
The lots within the release varied in size, ranging from 450 square meters to a spacious 1200 square meters, with prices starting at an affordable $369,000. The success of The Loxford Launch Event reflects the strong demand for quality residential properties in the area and highlights the appeal of this vibrant community.
