Dear John and Paul, I would like to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for the most impressive and professional way in which you made it possible for us at Mingara Medical to own our own space at Lot 21. I am thinking back tonight, of the meeting Quinten, Ben and I had with you in your boardroom in May, 2012, when we flew from Canada to look at the Central Coast. We discussed the possibility of developing lot 21, with all the related potential issues, starting off potentially as a “car dealership” on paper etc. to make it work. The project seemed like a pipe dream for me at the time……but it was enough to convince me to turn my back on Canada. Thank you again.
