Thornton North, Rezoning
This project is an exciting opportunity to rezone and develop of 49 hectares of what is currently a disused open cut brick pit into a vibrant business hub.
Working with existing owners and joint venture partners we are looking to create an employment zone to allow over 1000 people to work in one of the largest residential expansion areas in the Hunter.
The site will house many service industries, large format retail operations and distribution companies. We also have areas for commercial offices that no longer need to be in the heart of cities and that need local workforces.
The rezoning is due for gazettal in March 2022 with development to commence in 2023.
