Marsden Park, Shell

Stevens purchased the site adjoining McDonalds in the Sydney Business Park complex at Marsden Park for a Shell Service Station. Both the Shell Service Station and McDonalds development applications were jointly lodged so the operations of both complexes were able to work well on completion.

Other tenants committed to the site include Bunnings Warehouse, IKEA, Masters Home Improvement and Costco.
