Leppington, McDonalds and 7-Eleven

The Stevens Group recently completed the subdivision of this master planned project including new roads and servicing infrastructure on the corner of Ingleburn and Rickard Road, Leppington.

The subdivision is now registered and the recently constructed McDonalds is now open and trading.  The next stage will see the 7-Eleven Service Station being completed and trading in March 2025.  Construction of 120 place Childcare Centre is underway with completion expected in the latter half of 2025.
