Goulburn 7-Eleven

Stevens Group recently received Development Approval for a 7-Eleven at 136 Hume St Goulburn.  This development will look to commence construction in Q2 2025 with completion expected by Q1 2026.

The Service Station is being delivered as part of Stage 1 in a Master Planned Large Format Retail Precinct currently being pre-leased to major national tenants.
