Dubbo - Carl's Jr.

Stevens Group identified and delivered the first regional NSW site for Carl’s Jr at Dubbo.

Stevens Group worked with the tenant on this amazing project, cost engineering the clients standard design to meet time and budget expectations. This project was successfully delivered in May 2022 and is effectively trading above expectations. This asset along with the adjoining Mobil is now owned and managed by Dexus.
