Chateau Elan Resort and Spa

In October 2006, Stevens Group announced the new joint venture partners Don and Nancy Panoz, to build Chateau Elan Resort & Spa at The Vintage in the Hunter Valley.

Stevens Group project managed the development of the award-winning Hotel, which was named in the 2016 Hall Of Fame for Luxury Accommodation and 2017 Hall of Fame for Business Tourism, NSW Tourism Awards. The Château Élan at The Vintage Hunter Valley, is Australia’s finest luxury golf, spa and conference resort. It is located in the heart of the Hunter Valley wine country and offers over 100 luxury hotel style accommodation, plus six conference and event venues all in the heart of wine country. The Spa boasts of 17 relaxation treatment rooms and outdoor Jacuzzies with views over the 10th fairway.
