The Vintage

The Vintage

Australia's best in the Hunter Valley - The Stevens Group now owns The Vintage Golf Resort in The Hunter Valley, having purchased remaining shares from Medallist in 2006.

The Vintage is a quality master planned project with an end value of approximately $450 million. The Vintage has 482 residential lots on site and has already developed 280 of these to date. The site has set benchmarks in design and development within the industry and has recently developed a new range of housing to display.

The vision for The Vintage is to reflect the Hunter Valley architectural character and create a unique place to live amongst wineries and restaurants, all within 2 hours of Sydney. The Greg Norman designed golf course is rated amongst the best in Australia, and our new restaurant Legends Grill has just been opened to the public.

The Vintage has conference facilities, and is also a priority choice for weddings in the Hunter.

The Stevens Group has been the project manager for The Vintage and the milestones to date include progressive release of residential blocks, bringing in sewer services over 10 km, water services 5 km, completing the award winning Vintage Golf Course and Club House, recreational facilities and a new Grand Mercure Hotel. Some 90 people are directly employed at The Vintage.
